Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Project Planning & Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects across Product & Technology, Commercial, and Operations. You will build detailed plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires 5+ years of project or programme management in fast-paced environments, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive governance and process improvements that unlock business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, programme management, operations, business transformation, or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high quality delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels.
• Experience developing executive-ready updates and status reports.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects with clear scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies and resource needs.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and escalate blockers as needed.
• Facilitate governance, steering committees and leadership updates to ensure alignment.
