Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Strategic Project Director to oversee a major portfolio of property and security projects across the UK. You will have P&L responsibility for the portfolio and lead delivery of 10 new builds, 26 refurbishments and 46 BAU projects across 82 sites.

You’ll manage a team of 100+ staff, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, and collaborate with SPEN, ScottishPower and Iberdrola at executive level. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large capital projects with budget accountability.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams of 100+ staff.
• Experience managing high-value contracts and complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the Corporate Services portfolio of strategic projects UK-wide.
• Provide direction and motivation to a large team; manage direct reports in engineering, construction, PM, and commercial functions.
• Drive risk management and maintain health, safety and governance standards across projects.
