Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Project & Continuous Improvement Coordinator in the England area. You will support planning, coordination and delivery of projects and improvement initiatives, working with operational teams, customers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

You will coordinate activities, help develop business cases, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, while enabling change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules and resources across teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate required resources.
• Support development of business cases, budgets and objectives for leadership approval.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Support project implementation through training and change activities.
