DFDS England is seeking a Project & Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and improvement initiatives. You will work with operational teams, customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Working within the DFDS England Business Partnering and Projects Team, you’ll support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help achieve strategic business objectives. You’ll work closely with operational teams, customers and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions and ensure projects are delivered effectively on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for
You’re a proactive and organised professional with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse information, track project performance and present findings clearly.
You’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust and credibility at all levels and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) would be advantageous, along with a genuine drive to support projects, identify improvements and help deliver successful business outcomes.
