Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Project Officer to support the delivery of complex manufacturing projects within a dynamic team. The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days on-site in the UK and requires BPSS checks after offer. You will collaborate with engineers, production staff and management to ensure cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

The opportunity provides development, exposure to international teams, and a benefits package including a company bonus and enhanced leave provisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record supporting fixed-cost programmes in a matrix organisation.
• Experience in monitoring and controlling projects, providing reports to project teams and senior management.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify risks and opportunities in cost, schedule and quality data.
• Experience compiling bid and estimates with design/engineering teams.
• Able to construct and maintain project plans; familiar with Primavera or MS Project.
• Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
