Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing projects within our dynamic team. The role focuses on delivering fixed-cost programmes, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and briefing senior management to secure alignment and success.

The position offers hybrid working (2–3 days on-site) with a circa £50,000 salary, plus a company bonus and enhanced benefits. International collaboration across UK teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record delivering fixed cost programmes in a matrix organisation.
• Experience interfacing with customers and suppliers and briefing senior management.
• Ability to manage project scope, deviations and changes and their impact on the overall project.
• Detail oriented with ability to identify risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.
• Proactive, able to prioritise objectives and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Experience constructing and maintaining project plans using Primavera or MS Project.
• Experience compiling bids and estimates with design/engineering teams.
• Collaborative working style with stakeholders; experience in engineering or production preferred.
