Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, manage resources, and align project activities with safety, quality, and cost goals, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum directing work in large-scale project management.
• Experience with scope, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Ability to manage changes in project scope and contingency planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve goals.
• Develop employees to be self-sufficient in continuous improvement tools.
• Align activities with safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes.
• Negotiate staffing with other department managers.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants.
• Set and manage project expectations and delegate tasks.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones.
• Track milestones and deliverables and deliver progress reports.
