Job summary

Worley UK is seeking a strategic senior leader to head the Project Services function across the UK. The role drives governance, capability and performance, partnering with regional management to deliver through standard tools and processes.

You will lead diverse teams in Project Controls, Cost, Planning, Document Control, Risk, Estimating and more, shaping delivery across FEL/EPC/EPCM projects and ensuring compliance with legislation and Worley standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive international project delivery experience.
• Experience in leading and developing teams/departments.
• Strong commercial acumen across contracting models and project scopes.
• Motivational leadership style with strong communication skills.
• Ability to mitigate risks through positive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance for the project services function.
