National Armaments Director Group is seeking a Project Manager - Housing Estate Planning to support strategic management of the MOD housing estate. You will identify surplus properties, coordinate disposal plans, and drive estate rationalisation in line with the DHS Delivery Plan.

You will lead a diverse team, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide expert guidance to senior leaders across DIO and industry partners, ensuring alignment with Defence priorities and site delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present data, business cases and information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Evidence of strong analytical skills with ability to influence senior decision-making.
• Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience of delivering at pace with responsibility for timely outcomes in a complex environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify surplus properties and develop long-term disposal or repurposing plans to support MOD estate objectives.
• Coordinate with estate managers and stakeholders to maximise disposal opportunities within policy.
• Build relationships with authorities and partners to facilitate collaboration and informed decision-making.
• Provide regular updates on progress, market developments and policy changes.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver surplus property initiatives across the MOD housing estate.
