Job summary

Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) is seeking dedicated personnel to support infrastructure management within the NAD Group. The role involves coordinating maintenance, safety, and real estate operations across MoD sites, with a focus on delivering forward-looking plans and effective liaison with contractors and stakeholders.

The position offers flexible/hybrid working, a generous pension contribution, and opportunities for progression and training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of estates and facilities management.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, processes and guidance to deliver a safe environment and protect personnel.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance requests and asset recording, draft business cases and support infrastructure changes.
• Provide guidance to coordinate safety, environmental protection and security within the team.
• Demonstrate safety behaviours, escalate concerns and train teams to act safely.
• Produce Infrastructure briefing packs, newsletters and executive communications.
• Plan infrastructure events and coordinate with staff to ensure requirements are met.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders across real estate scenarios.
