The role

The successful candidate will proactively identify capacity constraints, risks, and opportunities within the client's portfolio, ensuring a complete understanding and strategic planning of evolving space requirements.
Supporting smarter, future-ready estate development, this role operates at the intersection of Capital Projects, Estates, and Clinical Planning. It ensures alignment between infrastructure and operational needs across clinical, non-clinical, and community services.
