This role as Senior Project Manager with a leading mid-size construction and property consultancy, is to lead the delivery of healthcare projects based in London. You will have a solid background in construction project management, with demonstrable experience managing complex healthcare developments from inception through to completion. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

You will posses a relevant degree and have a minimum 5+ years healthcare experience (unless demonstrable and transferable skills from another sector) with in-depth knowledge of UK construction regulations, with specific understanding of healthcare compliance standards including HTM/HBN standards.
