Job summary

PhysicsX Ltd. is seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to drive cross-functional, outcome-driven initiatives across Delivery, Product, Research and Operations. You’ll translate strategy into executable programs, manage milestones, and quantify ROI for continuous improvement as the company scales.

You’ll work in a fast-growing, AI-enabled engineering environment in London, with a hybrid model and exposure to executive leadership, board-ready reporting, and strategic planning cycles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in strategic operations, program management, or consulting within fast-growing tech companies, consultancies, or product operations teams.
• High judgment, low ego; discretion to be trusted with decisions that shape the company’s future.
• Strategic execution: translate high-level strategy into clear, executable plans and drive to completion.
• Exceptional communication: lead syncs, write updates, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Stakeholder management: comfort with accountability without authority across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead outcome-driven programs; partner with functional leaders to own and deliver time-boxed programs.
• Translate strategy into action; break objectives into measurable steps and manage milestones.
• Set and maintain strategic direction; support annual strategy refreshes and OKR cycles with telemetry and metrics.
• Surface and solve pain points through stakeholder feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Delivery, Product, Research, and Operations.
• Communicate impact; provide updates and retrospective reports.
• Close the loop by collecting feedback, quantifying ROI, and ensuring durable improvements.
