Job summary

PhysicsX is a deep-tech company driving AI-native simulation for engineering and manufacturing. We seek a Senior Technical Programme Manager to own the operational heartbeat of our product organisation, moving work from strategy to shipped solutions and keeping teams aligned.

You will partner with Product Managers, Group Engineering Leads and Delivery engineers to manage sprint cadence, roadmaps, and cross-team initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery and clarity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant delivery/technical operations experience within a product engineering organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain detail.
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC including CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sprint governance across product teams.
• Manage backlog, roadmap, and timely feature delivery.
• Maintain cross-functional visibility and healthy communication loops.
• Ensure ticket hygiene and accurate status updates in Linear.
• Identify friction points and drive process improvements.
