• 2–4 years in strategic operations, program management, or consulting within fast‑growing tech companies, consultancies, or product operations teams.

• Strategic execution: translate high‑level strategy into clear, executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead outcome-driven programs, partnering with functional leaders to deliver time‑boxed programs.
• Translate strategy into action with milestone plans and risk management.
• Support strategic planning processes and invest in telemetry for real‑time progress.
• Identify pain points via stakeholder feedback and competitive intelligence, translating insights into programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Delivery, Product, Research, and Operations.
• Communicate impact through internal briefs, retrospective reports, and program updates.
• Capture feedback, quantify ROI, and ensure durable improvements after programs.
