Job summary

Meta is seeking a Staff-level Business Operations professional in London to partner with senior leaders across Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Capacity Ecosystems. You will guide strategic planning, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence at scale.

The role requires 8+ years in business operations or strategy within large technical orgs, with a strong foundation in financial modeling, data analysis, and AI-enabled process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations or strategy for large-scale technical orgs.
• Experience leading strategic planning, goal-setting, and exec reviews in complex environments.
• Ability to apply quantitative methods: financial modeling, data analysis, scenario planning.
• Experience planning in evolving priorities with limited information and dependencies.
• Strong written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and scalable process improvements.
• Lead annual goal-setting, OKRs, and multi-year fiscal planning.
• Develop executive-level communications and organizational updates.
• Frame ambiguous challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Own high-priority cross-functional projects across Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor organizational health and surface risks to leadership.
• Support headcount planning and hiring in partnership with finance.
• Apply financial modeling and data analysis for investment decisions.
