Job summary

Navan, Inc. seeks a strategic Manager, Executive Engagement & Community Programs in London to design and scale executive programs, VIP experiences, and high-impact events.

You will align Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Leadership to build peer networks that enhance credibility and accelerate pipeline. You will partner with industry associations, measure ROI, and develop repeatable processes while managing budgets and vendors across global offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in event/community marketing or demand gen targeting C-level execs.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch scalable engagement programs for C-suite/VP-level buyers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Plan and execute bespoke, high-value events—from intimate dinners to regional roundtables and VIP tracks.
• Build feedback loops between top-tier customers and Navan’s leadership and product teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to leverage community touchpoints for pipeline acceleration.
• Establish KPIs (NPS, pipeline influenced, executive engagement rate) and track ROI.
• Develop relationships with travel, procurement and industry associations for Navan’s participation and sponsorship.
• Create repeatable playbooks and processes for program planning, audience development, event execution, communications, follow-up and references.
• Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and event partners while pursuing high-impact growth initiatives.
