Job summary

BT Group is seeking a PMO professional to deliver governance, reporting and controls across complex programmes and customer contracts. The role operates in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, and requires SC-level security clearance.

You will manage programme reporting, risks and dependencies, partner with delivery teams for accurate insights, and help improve PMO processes and tooling. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO delivery experience with structured controls, reporting, risk and issue management across complex programmes or contracts.
• Governance frameworks, delivery oversight and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO services across complex programmes and customer contracts with governance and controls.
• Manage programme reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and key delivery obligations.
• Partner with programme teams to provide delivery insight for informed decision-making.
• Improve PMO processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency, consistency and service quality.
• Support delivery assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement across the PMO.
