Job summary

The Charity for Civil Servants in Surrey is seeking a Governance and Planning Manager to lead governance, business planning and project management. You will support high-profile trustees and work with teams to foster a 'one Charity' approach.

The role is full-time (35 hours weekly), hybrid with minimum 2 days in Head Office, and reports to the Head of People and Governance. A project management qualification is preferred, with experience accepted in lieu.

• Experience in governance, planning and project management across a charity or public sector.
• Excellent minute-taking, report writing and business planning skills.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders.
