Job summary

ICF Olson seeks a proactive Project Manager to mobilise and deliver complex consulting programmes across the UK & India division. You will collaborate with programme directors, technical leads and partners to establish governance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and keep programmes on track.

This hands-on role requires organisation, sound judgement and commercial awareness in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or professional qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience managing projects or substantial workstreams in consulting, professional services, public-sector delivery or another complex environment.
Experience across education, health, environment, energy or social policy programmes.

Responsibilities

Mobilise and plan programmes, translating contractual commitments into delivery plans and governance.
Manage day-to-day delivery across projects or workstreams with multidisciplinary teams.
Track milestones, risks and issues; escalate when required and keep clients updated with concise reports.
Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas and papers, record decisions and ensure actions are completed.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; monitor performance against plan.
