Job summary

ICF International, within its UK & India Consulting Division, seeks a Project Manager to mobilise and deliver complex consulting programmes across education, health, environment, energy and public policy. You will work with programme directors, technical leads and delivery partners to establish governance, coordinate multidisciplinary delivery and keep programmes on track.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to manage risk, run PMO activities,

Qualifications

• Experience in mobilisation, delivery planning and governance.
• Solid experience with risk and issue management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise and plan programmes, translate contracts into delivery plans and governance.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, track milestones and manage cross-functional teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting with programme leads.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare papers and record decisions.
• Deliver large-scale public-sector programmes with multiple partners.
