Job summary

ICF, a leading consultancy, seeks a Project Manager to mobilise and deliver complex programmes across the UK and India. You will work with programme directors, technical leads and partners to establish governance and keep programmes on track.

This hands‑on role requires strong organisation, commercial awareness and confidence working in fast-paced consultancy. You may own a defined workstream or PMO function within larger programmes.

Qualifications

• mobilisation, governance, risk and issue management, reporting and project controls.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise, decision-focused materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 project delivery tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation and planning: translate contracts into delivery plans, milestones and governance.
• Project delivery: manage day‑to‑day activities across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Commercial and financials: budgeting, forecasting and reporting with leads.
• Client and stakeholder coordination: collaborate with clients and partners, prepare meetings and papers.
• Large‑scale delivery: support mobilisation of complex public‑sector programmes and PMO functions.
