Job summary
Rolls-Royce is recruiting a Programme Manager to join the AT&C Projects and Portfolio team in Solihull. You will lead delivery of major projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business strategy and governance, while supporting the Programme Executive to drive execution across the portfolio.
The role requires strong leadership, energy and drive, with experience in capital expenditure projects and core PM competencies. Rolls-Royce offers a high-performance culture and regional benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in core PM competencies including risk, cost, planning and forecasting.
- Experience delivering programmes/projects with increasing complexity.
- Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of projects, programmes and portfolios to execute company strategy, business case and plans.
- Drive adherence to PM processes and governance.
- Influence, manage and communicate with key programme stakeholders internal and external.
- Monitor, control and manage overall programme performance.
- Support the programme exec to drive execution across the portfolio and ensure best practices are deployed.
