Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the functional Project Controls authority across a major infrastructure programme. This role focuses on delivering transparent, trusted insight and mature controls across multiple large projects.

You will define standards, coach teams, and collaborate with Project Directors to ensure timely decisions and robust baselines that underpin successful delivery in a regulated, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Project Controls on large-scale capital infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to establish and improve Project Controls frameworks and governance.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contract delivery models and performance evidence.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional authority for Project Controls across Major Capital Infrastructure Programme.
• Define and oversee integrated planning, cost management, risk, change, forecasting and EV reporting.
• Provide coaching and development to the Project Controls community.
• Ensure robust baselines and credible forecasts to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Directors and senior leaders to integrate controls into delivery.
