Job summary

You will coordinate a portfolio of seven live projects, ensuring senior leaders have clear information. You will maintain Jira data and help deliver reliable portfolio reporting, while supporting the PMO framework across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a PMO or portfolio environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive with strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track progress across seven live projects.
• Maintain a clear view of status, milestones and priorities.
• Prepare agendas and papers for the Project Portfolio Board.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies across projects.
• Ensure Jira data is accurate and up to date.
• Support portfolio reporting for senior leaders.
