Job summary

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is looking for a Programme Manager to join our Digital Delivery team in Ipswich. You will shape, develop and lead outcome-focused programmes delivering strategic value at pace, working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will drive governance, risk management and benefits realisation, while guiding Project Managers and external partners. This is a 3-day office, 2-day home, hybrid role based at Fred Olsen House, Ipswich.

Qualifications

Proven programme management experience or experience leading multiple interrelated projects.
Strong track record of delivering outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects and workstreams within a programme, delivering agreed objectives, timescales and budgets.
Establish governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Build relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders and suppliers to drive outcomes.
Provide leadership to Project Managers and promote Agile practices.
Manage programme resources, dependencies, benefits realisation and transition to BAU.
Support supplier selection, contract management and delivery assurance.
