Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale change, transformation, or organisational development programmes.

• Exposure to AI or digital learning technologies and their application in business.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a delivery lead within HR Talent Development for enterprise-wide AI and digital learning initiatives.
• Coordinate complex workstreams and maintain alignment to strategic objectives while managing risks and dependencies.
• Provide governance, delivery oversight, and actionable insights on progress and results.
• Foster collaboration across HR, technology, product and delivery teams to drive decision-making and engagement.
