Job summary

Checkatrade is seeking a Programme Manager to turn strategic direction into structured, real-world delivery. This senior individual contributor will influence how teams work, what they work on, and ensure initiatives stick across Trade Lifecycle with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM.

You'll own end-to-end delivery, lead tooling rollouts, design scalable processes, manage change, and establish KPI reporting for transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Depth of experience in a programme, operations, or strategy delivery role.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from design to outcome.
• Strong project management instincts with multi-workstream coordination.
• Experience leading tooling or systems rollouts in an operational environment.
• Proficiency with PM tooling (Jira, Asana, Monday) and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Strategic programme management: own end-to-end delivery of Trade Lifecycle initiatives.
• Tooling and systems rollout: plan and deliver tooling changes with stakeholders.
• Process design and standardisation: fix inconsistencies and scale processes.
• Change management and embedding: manage rollout sequencing, training and adoption.
• Cross-functional alignment: coordinate between Trade Lifecycle, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, CRM.
• Insight and performance tracking: build and maintain KPI reporting for transformation.
