Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Programme Manager to lead high-impact programmes across the business. You will shape plans, align stakeholders, and drive delivery of complex changes to realise benefits and support strategic goals.

You will embed sustainable change by combining governance, data-led reporting and financial oversight, while maximising ROI and ensuring performance against plans across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, commercially focused programmes/projects.
• Strong governance, data-led reporting and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end programme plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Line manage a multi-disciplined team and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
• Drive alignment, collaboration, and clear ownership across the programme lifecycle.
• Manage a portfolio of projects with strategic alignment and prioritisation by value.
• Establish governance, reporting, metrics and risk management for timely decisions.
• Deliver sustainable change to BAU with structured change management.
• Own programme financials with budgets, spend monitoring and ROI analysis.
• Define and track KPIs related to project delivery and benefits.
