Qualifications

• Lead shaping and development of strategic initiatives, defining high-level scope, requirements, risks, dependencies, resource implications and success measures before delivery begins.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with senior stakeholders to clarify business opportunities, challenge assumptions and create decision-ready recommendations.
• Support enterprise strategic planning and prioritisation processes by assessing strategic alignment, identifying interdependencies and evaluating investment options.
• Develop initiative briefs and support the creation of business cases, enabling informed investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Ensure effective transition into delivery through clear readiness criteria, structured handovers and continuous improvement of Phase 0 initiative shaping processes.

Responsibilities
