Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Programme Manager to join the Group Planning and Delivery team in the United Kingdom. You will lead high-impact programmes and projects, turning strategy into action while shaping plans, aligning stakeholders and driving delivery of complex, commercially focused change at pace.

You will bring governance, data-led reporting and financial oversight to manage risk, track performance and realise benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, commercially focused programmes or projects.
• Ability to establish governance, reporting and risk management.
• Strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end programme plans with scope, timelines and milestones.
• Line manage a multi-disciplined team delivering projects within a programme.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to drive alignment and ownership.
• Manage a portfolio of projects aligned to strategic objectives and value.
• Establish governance, reporting, metrics and risk management for progress tracking.
• Deliver change management to embed changes into BAU.
• Own programme financials including budgets and ROI analysis.
• Define and analyze KPIs related to delivery and benefits.
