KBR is seeking an experienced Programme Integration Governance Lead to support a major infrastructure and capability programme. You will coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective programme control and informed decision-making across multiple teams.

The role requires governance expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment. Hybrid working with 2–3 days on site at the Helensburgh client location; UK residency and SC

Qualificações

3–5 years' governance or programme controls experience.
Experience supporting infrastructure or complex project delivery programmes.
Strong organisational skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PowerBI for governance reporting.
Ability to analyse complex information and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Lead governance and reporting to support effective programme oversight and decision-making.
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes and stakeholder engagement plans.
Oversee change control, risk and issue management, planning and scheduling activities.
Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
Embed governance processes across the programme and enable knowledge sharing.
