Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Programme Integration Governance Lead to support a major defence infrastructure and capability programme. You will coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective programme control and cross‑organisation integration.

The role requires a strong governance background, excellent analytical skills and the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment, with 3–5 years in governance or programme controls and familiarity with MS 365

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a governance or programme controls environment.
Experience supporting infrastructure or complex project delivery programmes and managing stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

Lead governance and reporting activities to support effective programme oversight and stakeholder integration.
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Oversee change control, decision support, risk and issue management, planning and scheduling activities.
Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent and delivered within agreed timescales.
Support knowledge management and lessons learned, and provide assurance that information and decisions are captured and communicated.
