Job summary

Deltra Group seeks a Programme Director for a health care client in the UK. This 2-year fixed-term contract provides strategic and operational leadership across a highly scrutinised programme, with one in-office day per week in Kennington.

You will lead a multidisciplinary senior team, drive governance, risk management and budgeting, oversee procurement and reporting, and guide regulatory policy and IT delivery to ensure successful integration across the organisation.

Qualifications

• MSP/PRINCE2/APM qualifications are required.
• Extensive experience delivering complex programmes or portfolios, including IT delivery.
• Proven senior leadership, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work within legislative frameworks and manage competing priorities.
• Desirable: experience in regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary senior team and oversee communications, governance and reporting.
• Hold accountability for governance, risks, budgets, forecasting, procurement and reporting.
• Oversee regulatory policy, rules, standards and guidance.
• Manage the implementation of the barring system.
• Direct technology, business process and organisational integration.
