Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent experience.
• Proven delivery of high-profile programmes and projects in complex environments.
• Experience in NHS or large public sector digital change programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of IT programmes and projects against timelines and budget.
• Identify and manage large multi-functional teams of 30–50 staff.
• Set strategy for programme delivery aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with ICT/ Digital Nurse Specialists to ensure benefits realisation.
• Maintain governance, reporting and procurement activities across projects.
