Cornerstone in Theale seeks a Head of Delivery to own major client programmes, guiding them from demand and planning through to delivery and commercial performance. You will work across Cornerstone, its customers, suppliers and senior leadership to align objectives, tackle complexity and ensure value delivery.

This high-profile role requires end-to-end ownership, rigorous planning, and a focus on outcomes, governance and financial targets, with hybrid working and a clear path to impact.

Competenze

• Significant senior-level programme delivery experience in telecoms or a large-scale regulated environment.
• Experience leading large, complex programmes where priorities and requirements can change.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
• Proven track record influencing executive-level stakeholders, customers and partners.

Mansioni

• Take end-to-end accountability for multiple projects and programme workstreams.
• Build and manage robust programme plans translating priorities into delivery outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers, suppliers and leadership.
• Provide concise updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders up to Board level.
• Take accountability for programme P&L, forecasting and cost control.
• Own RAID management and resolve risks, actions, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee resource forecasting, deployment and supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and high-performance culture.
