L3Harris Technologies in Bristol, the UK headquarters for our Maritime UK business, seeks a Program Scheduler to support complex defense programs across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains. You will perform schedule analysis, ensure cross‑functional integration with finance, engineering and manufacturing, track plans, run risk analyses and resolve critical path issues using Gantt/PERT methods.

This role requires a strong background in scheduling, MS Project, and Earned Value Management, plus

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
• Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
• Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
• May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
