Leidos UK & Europe is seeking a Project Scheduler to shape the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex programme, working in a hybrid setup from Whiteley, Hampshire. You’ll link multiple teams, identify risks, and communicate milestones using Microsoft Project to keep delivery on track.

Qualificações

• Experience in scheduling, planning, or project controls within complex programmes or portfolios.
• Knowledge of integrated planning, dependency management, schedule assurance, and critical path analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and integrated schedules.
• Ability to analyse complex information and challenge plans constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage the programme’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Consolidate plans from multiple teams into a single integrated schedule.
• Identify critical paths, dependencies, and scheduling risks with mitigation options.
• Review project plans and challenge schedules to ensure realism and alignment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and stakeholders to keep plans up to date.
• Produce schedule reporting, analysis, and forecasts to support decisions.
