Job summary

You will track plans, identify risks, and apply earned value management to steer performance. You will use MS Project, Gantt and PERT tools to resolve critical paths, lead schedule reviews, and ensure compliance with program procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Strong scheduling and program planning knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Ability to lead schedule reviews and coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
• Ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and Earned Value Management to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
• May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
• Requires strong knowledge of program planning and scheduling.
• Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Requires Earned Value Management experience.
