Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Programme Manager to help shape the future of our Transportation Services. You will plan, implement, and improve initiatives across operations, collaborating with colleagues across departments to design and deliver scalable solutions.

In this role you’ll rely on data and metrics to drive improvements, lead a multidisciplinary team, manage stakeholders, and define standards to ensure successful programmes that support Amazon’s speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale programs/projects.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Launch programmes, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables.
• Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with multiple departments to identify and share best practices.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams within a programme environment to drive progress.
• Manage stakeholders and internal processes, and define standards.
