Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to drive international supply chain programs. You will define programs, analyze data to boost efficiency, and partner with operational teams and program groups to optimise outcomes across multiple operations.

You will work with stakeholders to address challenges, plan complex projects, and create innovative, data-driven solutions. A strong focus on data, process improvements, and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher is required or equal qualification.
  • Experience solving complex problems under tight schedules.
  • Experience implementing process improvements.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level.

Responsibilities

  • Define Program and operating models for business.
  • Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across programs and multiple operations.
  • Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges.
  • Support the planning and organisation of complex projects.
  • Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation.
  • Enhance operational performance and influence change needed from Stakeholder teams.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting teams and contributing to reliable and trustful partnership with internal Stakeholders.
  • Analysing complex data to explain KPIs performance and identify opportunities to achieve higher targets.
  • Communicate findings and proposals in a clear and compelling way verbally and in written.
