Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Program Manager to join the Early Phase Development Solutions (EPDS) team, supporting pre-clinical studies. The role offers hybrid or on-site work aligned with Harrogate or Huntingdon sites, acting as a single point of contact for clients and coordinating multidisciplinary programs, including pre-clinical and clinical elements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor scope, timelines and budgets, prepare documentation, and ensure delivery of low-to-mid complexity

Qualifications

• BSc in Life Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with pre-clinical programs and client management.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure commercial documents are in place before studies (CDA, contracts).
• Liaise with commercial teams for post-award handoff and scope.
• Review scope, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Lead kick-off and debrief meetings with internal and client teams.
• Manage resources, including contingency planning and tracking.
• Oversee third-party vendors and billing/invoicing as needed.
• Provide program management across Labcorp sites globally.
