Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Program Lead, FSP Operations to lead and optimize Clinical Operations FSP programs across functions. You will provide strategic direction, manage financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high quality, cost-effective services for clients.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, drive workforce planning, and develop scalable solutions to support growth and customer satisfaction in a dynamic CRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall success of FSP programs with high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic direction on financial performance, resources, and margin improvement.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, cost control, reporting, and contract oversight for FSP programs.
• Oversee workforce infrastructure development to support program execution.
• Drive expansion of FSP offerings through new initiatives and scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized delivery frameworks while allowing program-specific flexibility.
• Implement quality metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness across FSP operations.
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration across programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services aligned with client and business goals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
