Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Finance Analyst for its Brighton operation. The role centers on robust budgeting, cost control, and monthly financial reviews to support program decisions.

You will gather inputs from multiple functions, maintain the BoE tool, and prepare detailed cost analysis and reports for senior management. Hybrid work and a supportive finance team structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a related discipline with at least 2 years in finance or program finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow understanding and profitability analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to produce clear financial reports.
• Ability to present financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive cost inputs from Engineering, Program Management, Operations and Contracts and capture in the BoE tool.
• Own and develop the Basis of Estimate tool and its maintenance.
• Attend cost and price reviews with senior management and present financial data.
• Support labour and material rate structures, overheads and project-level analysis.
• Plan projects with detailed work packages and monthly cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyse monthly project financial reports for Program Managers.
• Ensure consistent project reporting and data collection across projects.
• Support budgets and forecasts and assist risk management initiatives.
• Assist in financial audits with internal and external auditors.
• Provide cover to the existing finance team and take on ad-hoc reporting.
• Support other projects and reporting as identified.
