Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Brighton is seeking a Programme Finance Analyst to join our Release Systems & Antennas division. You will gather cost inputs from multiple functions, maintain the Basis of Estimate tool, and prepare monthly financial reports for senior management.

You'll work with engineering, operations and management to define labour and material rate structures, perform cost analyses, and support risk management and audits. Hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a related discipline with financial experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition and cash flow forecasting.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
• Strong Excel skills for financial reporting and forecasting.
• Experience working with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive cost inputs from multiple functions and capture accurately in the BoE tool.
• Maintain and develop the Basis of Estimate tool.
• Attend cost and price reviews with senior management and present data.
• Support labour and material rate structures, overhead analysis at project level.
• Project planning, cost analysis, and monthly reporting.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and support risk management.
• Assist internal/external audits and provide team coverage.
