Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex projects in regulated industries (defence/aerospace).
• PM qualifications such as PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
• Strong budgets, resources and risk management across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Create and implement integrated project schedules with stakeholders.
• Own project budgets, resources, risks and delivery schedules; ensure cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate with customers and cross‑department teams for timely milestones.
• Conduct regular risk reviews and mitigation planning.
• Oversee bid and proposal processes from submission to engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and procedures.
