Job summary

SAB is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to optimise production and allocation, preventing lost sales across the grid. The role involves delivering a forward-looking, unconstrained production plan to DC level, highlighting opportunities and bottlenecks with clear escalation in S&OP routines.

Strong numeracy, analytical thinking and collaboration are essential to translate plans into KPI-driven actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years planning experience.
• Quantitative disciplines advantageous (math, statistics, economics).

Responsibilities

• Publish an optimized monthly long-term production plan from M+2 with a rolling 12-month horizon.
• Prepare monthly production plan with cost and allocation optimization to minimize lost sales at DC level.
• Manage Supply Planning KPIs and costs (VLC, allocation efficiency, WSNP).
• Lead and prepare Supply Review deck and sign off on monthly inventory LE’s to cash flow team.
• Ensure monthly S&OP handshake between WSNP, CONA and Supply teams.
