Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a skilled Planner to drive production order flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage stock accuracy, serial number control, and delivery reliability, collaborating across teams to keep operations smooth from order creation to release.

The role emphasizes ERP/MRP proficiency, strong data handling, and practical planning with a focus on cross-department communication and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience creating production orders in an ERP/MRP system and progressing them.
• Strong numeracy and data handling with advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP).
• SAP experience in manufacturing modules is a plus.
• Collaborative communication and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and release Production orders, ensuring they are complete and ready for execution.
• Progress and chase components through the factory to keep production on schedule.
• Create and release Spares picklists to Production Stores to maintain supply flow.
• Generate and manage serial numbers for production to support traceability.
• Manage perpetual inventory cycle counts across Production Stores and the factory.
• Support Scheduling and update forecasts through Demand Solutions.
