Job summary

Place UK Ltd is seeking a Customer Service & Planning Co-ordinator to own the production planning and customer order cycle across designated areas, primarily IQF, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal stock levels. You will work to improve processes while coordinating with sales, procurement, and production teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP), and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan manufacturing orders to satisfy customer demands and inventory levels.
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders.
• Proactively manage customer orders and information flow from demand to supply.
• Maintain a weekly production plan that holds target stock levels and maximises customer service while running production efficiently.
• Attend planning and commercial meetings.
