Job summary

Cranswick PLC’s Wembley site is seeking a Production Coordinator to coordinate production and supply planning, maintain accurate stock levels, and minimize shortages and waste. You will work with procurement, warehouse and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and data accuracy.

Key duties include inputting data, reconciling stock, developing production plans, and generating KPI reports. Proficiency with Nav/CMEX and Excel is desirable to drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and/or stock control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/CMEX/NAV.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data Input and Stock reconciliations.
• Ensure papers/records are received and maintained and easy to find.
• Develop and maintain production or supply plans based on forecasts, orders and inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and production teams for timely material availability.
• Monitor demand trends and adjust plans accordingly.
• Schedule production runs or deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve planning issues causing delays or stock imbalances.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Generate planning and inventory reports and KPI reports.
